CME policy
Commentary:

The institution provides a good policy which prohibits the acceptance of meals or gifts. Consulting relationships require prior approval and speakers are required to have control over presentation content. There is a clear effort to curtail participation in speakers bureaus which were designed to be a disguised "gift." Faculty with financial interests may not serve on purchasing committees. Oversight and sanctions are outlined.
