Commentary:

Florida International University is a new medical school in Miami.  With its first class starting in the 2009-2010 academic year, this is the first year that they are being graded by the AMSA PharmFree Scorecard, since their students are now on clinical rotations (the third and fourth years of school, traditionally.)  They have supplied a draft policy at this point and have therefore been granted an In Process designation. If they do not provide a finalized policy within the next year, they will receive an F grade.
