Commentary:

Albert Einstein College of Medicine submitted both its own institutional policies as well as those of its affiliated medical centers, which had some overlap and variance in regulation. Albert Einstein College of Medicine has strong policies regarding financial disclosure, consulting, samples, purchasing and formularies, and off-site education domains. However, policies need to be developed on speaking, scholarships, and curriculum domains, as policies regarding these domains were non-existent.
